Delivery
Delivery to United Kingdom has the following options for postage costs,

Free delivery for orders over £50.00

Royal Mail signed for 2nd class is £3.95

Royal Mail signed for 1st class £4.50

Delivery to Europe is charged at £10.50

We are based in Manchester so please email for local shipping codes.

If you would like to order from another country that is not included above, please do get in touch at hello@blokkdesign.com

We aim to post all items out within 48 hours when purchased from the collections online, commissions will take onger, as they are made to order.

If your order is required urgently please contact us as soon as you have placed your order to let us know. 

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Returns
We hope that you love your Blokk necklace, but in the unlikely event that you need to return your order, you can do within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. All returned products must be in the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging. 

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and a refund will not be given until we have received the item(s). We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for delivery service and that you retain proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. We can’t be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order, minus the original postage cost. On the rare occasion you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible by email. If you would like a replacement, please let us know when you report the item as faulty. If we are unable to fulfil your request for a replacement we will be happy to refund. Made to order products may not be returned unless faulty.
